ASCEND’s U.S. fund initiative.

Aythen Associates was established as part of ASCEND’s initiative to set up a U.S. hedge fund. The initiative included a New York LLC and a Delaware limited partnership, with a business address at 14 Wall Street, New York.

From 2022 to 2025, we successfully established a U.S. fund structure and gained experience that continues to inform ASCEND’s approach to building an AI-native hedge fund.
